NEUMA UPDATE
As many of you already know, for the past few years, I have been living a double-life of sorts. I have been divided in two, whereas part of my life (up to 70 hours a week) is dedicated to tattooing, and the balance, with exception to my personal life (which is always last in line) spent on making and selling Neuma, the pneumatic tattoo machines I created. Well, about a year ago, I made a decision to move away from home (and a large percentage of my clientele) to pursue artistic knowledge and inspiration, in the form of working at a shop called Tried N True in Moreno Valley, CA. As you may know, I, after about a year, decided that it was time to get back to where I was from, in order to catch up both with tattooing as well as with Neuma. Although working at Tried N True was a great experience, in which I learned a lot, met some friends, and had some fun, I ultimately wasnt working enough. I prefer to work at least 6 days a week, if not 7. I wasnt getting that much work there, and Neuma suffered because of it. Some of you may have tried getting in touch with me for machines, only to be re-directed to another month, one in which I was expecting to have some for sale. So lets get to the point:
Im home, and after moving a couple times, locating the best possible work environment for the time, investing some money into my new studio, house, etc., Im back on track. I have paid the debt to the manufacturer, and machines are now being built. Also, I have worked out a deal with the manufacturer in regaurd to NOT running out again. So, in the next few days I will know an exact date in which I will have neuma's for sale (they tell me 2 weeks, Ill guess more like 3), at which point I will not run out again, with a little luck and a lot of hard work. I do apologize if you have experienced any diffuculty getting in touch with either a Neuma or myself, I will do my best to accomidate you in the future. Please keep in mind that I am a tattooer, full time, an artist, not a salesman, but Im working on it. Thank you for your patience with me in this regard.
